Hace algunos días quise probar http://picplz.com un servicio para compartir fotografías con un interesante componente social. Funciona bien, usa filtros interesante y divertidos. Sin embargo, hice eso que la mayoría de nosotros no hace con frecuencia: leer con atención los términos de uso del servicio. Mi sorpresa fue enorme cuando leí lo siguiente:
“If you post Content to the Service, unless we indicate otherwise, you grant MixedMediaLabs and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content in connection with: (i) providing and promoting the Service; and/or (ii) exercising the rights granted in these Terms.”
